1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CurrencyRate (the "Application" or "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
This Agreement incorporates by reference the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
2. License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. In-App Purchases & Pro Membership
CurrencyRate provides free core currency conversion features. An optional CurrencyRate Pro unlock is available to access advanced capabilities:
- Lifetime Pro (Non-Consumable): One-time purchase providing permanent access to all Pro features, DCC card calculation shields, rate ladder tables, and widget customizations across all your iOS devices signed into the same Apple ID.
- Subscriptions (If Offered): Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual auto-renewable plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
- Billing: Payments are processed directly by Apple through your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
- Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" inside Settings to instantly restore your Pro entitlements.
- Refunds: Since all transactions are handled by Apple StoreKit, refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Financial Disclaimer
The exchange rates provided in the Application are for informational, travel, and personal conversion purposes only. While we source data from reputable central banks and financial APIs, exchange rates can fluctuate rapidly. We do not provide trading or investment advice, and shall not be liable for any transactions conducted based on rates displayed.
